Axxin Array Lateral Flow Technology - Migration of Luminex Assays to Deployed Point of Care
Isothermal assays provide practical, low-complexity molecular amplified diagnostics for qualitative “yes-or-no” applications. However, they are typically unable to provide quantitative results. To overcome this, new methods have been introduced in research at Axxin using temperature ramps. Proof-of-concept for this innovative method has been demonstrated to assist in quantifying amplified HBV-positive human plasma using an established LAMP assay.
